A majority shareholding in Hambleden Herbs, Somerset, U.K., has been acquired by a new partnership of organic farmers and business experts. The new partnership includes Hylton Philipson, who will serve as chairman, David Green, who will serve as managing director and Frank Burry, who will serve as director.
